This documentary explores the stark realities of political corruption in Louisiana, revealing true stories of white-collar crime, murder, and pedophilia by public officials. It focuses on the fall of St. Tammany Parish Coroner Peter Galvan and Sheriff Jack Strain, both exposed by the local watchdog group Concerned Citizens of St. Tammany (CCST). This organization has successfully removed 37 corrupt politicians, highlighting the crucial role of grassroots activism in holding public officials accountable.
